Founder
AugmentWorks is an independent AI reliability practice founded by Jeff Skafi, a senior software engineer based in Los Angeles.
Jeff has built and operated production SaaS systems, AI retrieval workflows, evaluation infrastructure, and internal engineering platforms. He founded AugmentWorks around a recurring problem: teams can ship compelling AI features quickly, but often lack rigorous evidence about how those systems behave outside the happy path.
AugmentWorks closes that gap through workflow-specific scenarios, adversarial testing, human adjudication, reproducible evidence, and regression assets that remain useful after the engagement.
