Scope and acceptance
These Terms govern your use of augmentworks.ai, including its public content, inquiry forms, and sample materials. The site is operated by AugmentWorks. By using it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Client engagements
Paid services are governed by a separately signed master services agreement, statement of work, data-processing addendum, or similar agreement. If a signed client agreement conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement controls for that engagement.
No professional advice
Public-site content is general information, not legal, compliance, accounting, or security advice. Reliability assessments are advisory and are not certifications, audit opinions, or penetration tests unless a signed client agreement expressly says otherwise.
Sample materials
The Northstar Travel report, regression suite, evidence bundle, and other sample findings are fictional illustrations unless explicitly labeled otherwise. Do not rely on them for operational, legal, or compliance decisions.
Intellectual property
Site content is owned by AugmentWorks or its licensors unless otherwise noted. You may view and use public content for internal evaluation of AugmentWorks services, but may not reproduce, republish, sell, or create misleading derivative materials without permission. Ownership and licenses for client deliverables are determined by the applicable signed agreement.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit malware or unlawful material, impersonate another person, or use automated means to scrape or overload the service. You are responsible for information you choose to submit.
Third-party services
The site may link to or rely on third-party services. Their terms and privacy practices apply to their services, and we are not responsible for third-party content or availability.
Disclaimer
The public site and sample materials are provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, AugmentWorks disclaims warranties relating to the site, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AugmentWorks will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the public site or sample materials. This limitation does not override liability that cannot legally be limited or the terms of a signed client agreement.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and changing the effective date above. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
